Winnie Jean Bedard, formerly of Hemstreet Road passed away peacefully on, Friday, October 15, 2021 at her daughter Lindas home in Iron Station, NC. She was 78. Born in Quebec, Canada on June 2, 1943 the daughter of the late Grant Tanner and May and George (Chrysafis). She is the widow of the late Jean Guy Bedard, whom she married on June 4, 1960. Survivors include her children, daughter Debra Barton (Bob Saur) of Valley Falls and daughter Linda Patka of NC, grandchildren Thomas (Danielle) Bedard of Cohoes, Adam Bedard of Mechanicville, Krystal (Stephen) Hicks of Hyde Park, Kevin Morgan (Melinda VanBuskirk) of Schaghticoke, Melanie (Michael) DeLair of NC and Pamela Patka of NC, great grandchildren Anna Bedard, Alyssa Bedard, Joseph Beigler, Brandon Bedard, Derek DeLair, Mason Bedard, Kane Morgan, Connor Bedard, Emily Bedard, Dylan Bedard, Benjamin Hicks, Samuel Hicks and Harlyn Keziah. Winnie was a dedicated member of the Hoosic Valley Rescue Squad for over 20 years. She loved spending time with her grandchildren & great children.
