William Josh Morgan, a water color artist, died on Tuesday, January 18, 2011. He is survived by his life partner Paul Toombs, his sister Helen McColgan and her husband Thomas, three cousins, four nieces and a nephew. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery in the Spring. Arrangements are under the direction of Dunn Funeral Homes, Inc., 319 Park Avenue, Mechanicville.
