Troy, Rensselaer County William E. Foley of Walter Road passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at his home. He was 90. Born in Valley Falls to the late William J. and Louise (Adams) Foley. He is the husband of the former Mary Lou Clover who he married on November 23, 1950. Bill owned and operated Northeastern Refrigeration. Survivors in addition to his wife Mary Lou Foley include several nieces and nephews and a close friend Pauline Riley of Grafton. He is predeceased by his sister, Marie Heslin.
