Troy, Rensselaer County William Robert "Charby" Charbonneau. On Thursday, January 15, 2015 Charby went home to the Lord. Charby fought a brave and courageous battle with Friedreich's Ataxia with dignity and grace. Charby is the son of Kathleen (Anthony) Coscione of Troy, NY and William (Susan) Charbonneau of Ballston Spa, NY. He is survived by his grandmothers June Charbonneau of Troy, NY and Bernice Prosser of Clyde, NY, as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and close friends. He was predeceased by his sister, Sarah and his grandfathers, William R. Charbonneau and Robert C. Prosser. Charby graduated from St. Jude the Apostle School in Wynantskill and Catholic Central High School in Troy and attended HVCC in Troy. He was an avid sports fan and involved in fantasy football and baseball leagues. Charby was a member of the Cohoes-Waterford Elks #1317. There will be no services or calling hours.
