Stillwater - Saratoga County Wendy L. Lockrow of Blizzard Road passed away on July 13, 2013 at the Saratoga Hospital. She was 51. Born in Albany on February 12, 1962, daughter of the late Paul A. and Cheryl (Myers) Lockrow. She is survived by her companion, Francis Starke, their children Damien L.
