Stillwater, Saratoga County Walter Richard Craft, Jr., 15, of Hallum Road passed away on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 as result of an accident while swimming with friends. Born in Albany on March 31, 2001, son of Walter R. Craft and Marisa (Hilt) Sanborn. Wally was a very active and outgoing person who enjoyed being outdoors, biking, skateboarding and being with his friends. He liked writing rap music and taking care of animals. Survivors in addition to his parents, Walter R. Craft and Marisa Sanborn include his step parents, Tiffany, Jason and Christine and his loving grandfather, Walter Craft, Sr., his siblings, Alexis Craft, twins Ayden and Emma Sanborn, Cody Valenti, Aiden, Cameron and Ryan Jones. Calling hours will be from 2-7pm on Sunday, July 17, 2016 for family and friends at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 729 Hudson Avenue, Stillwater. Funeral service will be conducted on Monday at 10am in the funeral home.
