Todd Matthew Barber of Noyes Lane passed away peacefully at home on Monday, April 15, 2024 following a courageous battle with cancer. He was 45.

Born in Troy on June 30, 1978, son of Bernard and Joann (Simon) Barber. He is the husband of Jessica Lee (Boyce) Barber.

Todd worked as a carpenter and loved being outdoors in nature and enjoyed fishing, golfing, skiing, farming and spending time with friends. He loved listening to music and dancing from the soul. He was always one for conversation and sharing his opinions, and it didn't matter whether you wanted to hear them or not. He was a member of the Rye Bread Community. Above all, Todd was a loving person who cherished time with his beloved family and friends who will dearly miss him.

Survivors in addition to his parents and wife include his children, Sierra Trance, Brittany (Zack) Parsons, Ayden (Cheyenne) Barber, Ryleigh Barber and Mason Barber, his two grandchildren Theo and Emma as well as his brother Paul (Tabitha) Barber and his sister Courtney (Obadiah) Bucchieri, three nieces and several cousins, extended family and friends.

Visiting will be from 5-7:00pm on Friday, April 19, 2024 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 173 Main Street Schaghticoke. A celebration of life will be held in his honor on Saturday April 20th at the Goodman residence 235 Pinewoods Road Melrose, NY at 1pm.
