Greenfield Center, Saratoga County Scott Brian MacWhinnie of Route 9N passed away at Saratoga Hospital. He was 54. Born in Cobleskill on November 27, 1962, son of Charlene (Reese) MacWhinnie and the late John Bruce MacWhinnie. He is the husband of Cindy Lou (Lewis) MacWhinnie. Scott worked in construction, most recently for Charbonneau Roofing in Malta. He was the jack of all trades. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved fishing, hunting and camping. He was always known for taking care of others and will be greatly missed. Survivors in addition to his mother and wife Cindy include his children, Michael Lewis of Mechanicville, Robin (Frank) Earley of Rotterdam and Autumn (Nicholas) Keefer of Greenfield Center. Grandchildren Edward Lewis, Trenton and Mason Earley and Hunter Keefer. Also survived by eight siblings and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brother Patrick MacWhinnie.
