Valley Falls, Rensselaer County On Sunday, October 27, 2013 Sarah K. Charbonneau went home to the Lord. Sarah is the daughter of Kathleen (Anthony) Coscione of Troy, NY and William (Susan) Charbonneau of Valley Falls, NY. She is survived by one brother, William Robert "Charby" Charbonneau of Troy, NY; grandmother June Charbonneau of Troy, NY; Robert and Bernice Prosser of Clyde, NY; and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Sarah attended St. Jude the Apostle School in Wynantskill, Catholic Central High School in Troy and Hudson Valley Community College in Troy. There will be no public services or calling hours.
