Sandra Lee McKeon-Finney of Clinton Court passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, April 8, 2021 with her loving family at her side. She was 62. Born in Troy, NY on April 16, 1958, Sandi was the daughter of the late Clarence and Nina (Glenhoff) Jolicoeur. She was the wife of Terry Wayne William Finney. Sandi was a Troy High graduate and spent most of her life in Stillwater. Sandi was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as Grammie. Sandi had a vivacious personality and always made those around her laugh. She had the unique ability to make friends everywhere she went. Sandi was an inspiration, mentor, and often a second mother to the many children in the community and the students she encountered during her time as a teachers aide at Stillwater High School. In addition to her husband Terry, she is survived by her beloved children: DJ (Casandra) McKeon, and Eric (Jessica) McKeon; her three brothers: Randy (Beth) Jolicoeur, Mark (Cathy) Jolicoeur, and Mike (Peggy) Jolicoeur; her two precious granddaughters: Clare and Finnley; and her nieces: Randi (Scott) Cunningham-Wagner, Molly (Graig) Bell, Danielle (Tom) Jolicoeur-Zaffino, Kristina Jolicoeur, and Amanda Jolicoeur. Relatives and friends may call from 9:30-11:00 am on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 729 Hudson Avenue, Stillwater. Funeral Mass will follow at 12 noon at All Saints on the Hudson Church, Stillwater. Burial will be in the Saratoga National Cemetery at 1:30pm. Per CDC and local guidelines, anyone attending services will be required to wear a mask and practice social distancing. Sandi loved all things Christmas. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you bring a memorable photo of her, or an ornament to place on a Christmas tree that will be present at her services.
