Fox, Ruth Anne (Koch) - Valley Falls Ruth Anne Fox, 74, of Valley Falls took the hand of the Lord on August 26, 2017, following a long illness. Born May 19, 1943, in Pleasantdale, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Estelle Koch. Ruths greatest joy was her home and family. She loved her husband and daughter with all her heart and enjoyed spending time with her beloved grandson. Strong-willed, she will live on in the memories of all who knew her. In addition to her beloved husband of 45 years, Edward Fox; Ruth is survived by her daughter, Karen (Robert) Shufelt of Valley Falls and grandson, Zebadiah Rutherford Shufelt of Valley Falls; sisters Joan McCormack of Valley Falls and Susan (Michael) Cramer of Ballston Spa; and brother George Koch of Brunswick. Relatives and friends may call from 3-4 p.m. on Sunday, September 3, 2017, at Melrose United Methodist Church, 20 Church Street, Melrose. A Memorial Service will follow immediately afterwards.
