Ballston Spa, Saratoga County Richard Howard Tooley Sr. passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2022. He was 73. Born on December 28, 1948 in Delanson, he is the son of the late Howard James and Gladys (White) Tooley. He is the husband of Ren Ann (Sears) Tooley. He worked as a construction painter and was an independent contractor in the trade. He was an artist and enjoyed painting especially. He loved his garden and cooking with the fruits of his labor. Also, he enjoyed being outdoors whether camping or fishing and liked music. In recent years he enjoyed going to the casino. He always joked around and left a good impression on those he met. Survivors in addition to his wife Ren include his children, Richard Tooley, Jr. and Tiffany Tooley both of Ballston Spa. His siblings Peter (Dorothy) Tooley of Lawrenceville, GA, Michael (Rebecca) Tooley of Schoharie and Kathy (Scott) Murray of Saratoga as well as his grandchildren Jacob Tooley, Richard Tooley III and Harper Noel Tooley and several nieces and nephews.
