Mechanicville Renee D. VanBramer-Carter of Mechanicville passed away on June 24, 2022, at her home. She was 56. Born in Cohoes, New York on December 6, 1965, to Dorothy (Clark-Degener) and the late Armond Laforest. She is married to Michael A. Carter. Renee worked as a store clerk at Stewarts in Halfmoon. She was family oriented and enjoyed being surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and other loved ones. In her free time, Renee could often be found sewing, creating intricate dollhouses, gardening, and spending time with her beloved pets. Survivors along with her husband and mother, include her children Anthony (Ashley) VanBramer, Timothy (Hillary) VanBramer, Armond VanBramer and Angela Fraim. She is also survived by her siblings Christina (Dave) Juaire, Kim (Tom) Threw, James Adams, Anita (Jeff) Thomas, Shirley (Tom) Hickman, Ursula (Bob) Guilianelli, Dawn Sanderson, Wilma Daniels, and Gary Laforest, as well as 14 grandchildren. Along with her father, Renee is predeceased by her Stepfather James Adams, her brother Larry Colton-Adams, her sisters Jane Roberts and Jo-Ann Cusack, and her grandson Armond VanBramer JR.
