Phyllis Mary (Ward) Bullis of High Street, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at Saratoga Hospital. She was 90 years old.

Born in Troy on April 14, 1936, daughter of the late Harold Hull and Alice Catherine (Honsinger) Ward. She is the widow of Mr. Anthony J. Bullis, Jr. whom she married on October 7, 1955.

Phyllis worked for General Electric retiring after 24 years as a taper for turbine motors. Following her retirement, she volunteered in the Stillwater food pantry and New Again, a charity-based shop in Mechanicville. She also was proud to serve as a part-time secretary for the medical practice of Dr. Vinett of Stillwater. She was an excellent cook and was famous for her amazing golumpkis. She loved tending to her flower gardens but above all, life was all about her beloved children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include her son, Anthony (Lillian) Bullis, III and daughter Bonnie Batchelder both of Stillwater, her grandchildren, Patricia (Jacob) O'Kay of Pulaski, Thomas (Gabrielle) Bullis of Stormville, Allen Batchelder, III and Amanda (Ryan) Couture both of Clifton Park. Also survived by five great grandchildren, John, Jordan and Jonah O'Kay and Chase and Jett Couture.

Services for Phyllis will be private and at the convenience of her family with burial in the family plot in St. Paul's Cemetery, Mechanicville.
