Schaghticoke, Rensselaer County

Paul Joseph Hayes of Valley Falls Road passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024 at Saratoga Hospital. He was 59 years old.

Born in Troy on March 10, 1965, son of William Cornelius and Patricia Ann (Killion) Hayes.

Paul managed a development and support team during his almost 24 years with Key bank.

He was a Classic Car Club of America member as well as US Pulling association along with National Tractor Pullers Association. He also ran Hayes Custom Works which provided mowing services.

Survivors include his siblings, Scott Hayes and Steve Hayes (Jennifer Connor), his nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Steven, Nick and Olivia all of Schaghticoke.

Visiting will be Thursday, November 14 from 5-7:00pm at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 173 Main Street, Schaghticoke with a memorial service at 7:00 in the funeral home.
