Stillwater, Saratoga County Nancy Herring of Brickhouse Road passed away peacefully at home with her loving family at her side on Monday, August 29, 2022. She was 75. Born in Troy on August 5, 1947, daughter of the late John and Anna (West) Herring. Nancy graduated from Troy High School and attended college. Cerebral Palsy never stopped her from working hard and following her dreams. She was a cat lover and recently became a bird watcher. She also loved her purple flowers and had a royal purple personality. She lit up any room she entered with her radiant smile. She is survived by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces, nephews and many dear friends. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her sister, JoAnn Shumpis, nephews David, Danny and Dakota as well as her boyfriend Steve Gordon. At Nancys request there will be no services.
