Johnsonville, Rensselaer County Mildred "Midge" Ellen Pressimone of Ottomine Way passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at Slate Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Granville. She was 74. Born on August 12, 1949 in Schenectady. She is the wife of Richard Matthew Pressimone. Midge worked for the New York State Office of Tax and Finance, retiring after 37 years. She loved animals and her beloved pets, was strong willed and had a loving heart. She loved lilacs and enjoyed reading especially Nora Roberts, John Grisham and her favorite, Stephen King. Survivors in addition to her husband of 53 years, Richard include her granddaughter, Kaylee Pressimone (Chris Koch) of Johnsonville and her beloved great granddaughters Sophia Pressimone and Maygen Estelle. She is predeceased by her father John Whitehouse. Services for Midge will be private and at the convenience of her family.
