Craft
Mar 11, 1959 — Dec 28, 2024
Michele Antoinette "Toni" Trolio Craft, born on March 11, 1959, in Troy, NY, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2024, at Samaritan Hospital in Troy. Toni brought light, kindness and healing to all who knew her, leaving an indelible mark on the lives she touched.
Toni was a healer, a Reiki Master and teacher, the owner of Reiki Rocks, and a dedicated Oakwood Cemetery Board Trustee. Before becoming a Board Trustee, she was a past president of the Friends of Oakwood Cemetery who raised donations for the cemetery. Through her work at Reiki Rocks, she not only shared her knowledge of reiki but also created a welcoming space for like-minded individuals to connect and form lasting friendships. Her passion for crystals and reiki extended to both people and animals, reflecting her boundless generosity and belief that "a candle loses nothing by lighting another candle."
Toni loved spending time with family and friends, exploring the beach, and sharing the rich history of Oakwood Cemetery. Her warmth and enthusiasm for life were evident in every interaction, whether she was helping someone find the perfect crystal or simply sharing a moment of joy. Toni loved animals, with a special fondness for cats and horses. She had a great love of the ocean and was an avid reader.
Toni is survived by her loving husband, Clifford Craft; her brothers, David Trolio of Troy, NY, and William Trolio of Perkasie, PA, her stepchildren, Michael Craft and his sons Sam and Alexander of Richmond, MO, Scott (Nicole) Craft of Kansas City, MO., Coty Patenaude of Gloversville, NY; her brother, Joseph (Gina) Denucci of Boulder, CO, her sister Lecia of Albany, NY, her cherished grandchildren Olivia and Nora Patenaude; her nephew Matthew Trolio of Troy, NY, with whom she shared a special bond; great-nephews Drew, Colin, and Liam Trolio of Troy, NY; niece Kristen Trolio of Perkasie, PA; great-niece, Autumn Trolio; and many other family members and dear friends.
She was predeceased by her parents Morion F. and Jeanne (Lawrence) Trolio and other loved ones who now welcome her into eternal peace.
Toni's light will continue to shine through the countless lives she touched. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew her as we honor her legacy of love, kindness, and healing. Now go forth and spread Toni's light to the world in her honor.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, January 11, 2025 in the Gardener Earl Chapel in Oakwood Cemetery, Troy with inurnment in the spring when the daffodils bloom.
