Michael Kobzar of North Main Street, Mechanicville, passed away on April 16, 2011 at St. Marys Hospital in Troy. He was 83. Born in Mechanicville on March 19, 1928, a son of Wesley William and Mary (Yablonsky) Kobzar. He is the husband of Sandra J. (Robinson) Kobzar, whom he married on January 15, 1961. Mike was employed at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory in Niskayuna as a janitor. In addition to his parents, Michael is predeceased by his sister Ann Hathaway and his brother George Kobzar. Survivors include his wife Sandra, their children, Penelope Kobzar of Mechanicville, Waldo Kobzar of Mechanicville and Rebecca Buell of Hope Mills, NC, a granddaughter, Jennifer Buell of Hope Mills, NC, two nephews, Barry Hathaway of Malta and Daryl Kobzar of Topeka, KS.
