Cohoes, Albany County Michael Garry Dearstyne, of Cohoes passed away on Friday, August 12, 2022 at Albany Medical Center. He was 52. Born on April 14, 1970 in Troy, NY to the late Garry Dearstyne and Constance (Wood) Dearstyne. Survivors include his 3 children Jessica Dearstyne, Ariana Gonch and Logan Dearsytne. One sister, Christine (Michael) Bastian, a niece Sandy (Will OBrien) Bastian, 2 nephews, Ryan (Liz Perkins) Bastian and Nick (Kaylyn Kohls) Bastian. 1 great niece Aubree OBrien and 3 great nephews, Landon Bastian, Jaxson OBrien and Colton Bastian, an honorary son Jonathan Gomez and the mothers of his children Crystal Allyn and Corrine Bentley as well aunts and uncles all survive him. Michael loved spending time with his family and was the life of the party. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
