Mary Edith Wicks of Flike Road passed away at Saratoga Hospital on Sunday, February 18, 2018. She was 87. Born on December 18, 1930 in Saratoga Springs, daughter of the late Warren and Melford (Hunter) Jackson. She is the widow of the late Lester Floyd Wicks. Mrs. Wicks is survived by her sons, Robert F. Wicks of Mechanicville and Lester G. Wicks of Stillwater, a stepson, Mark Fusco of Mechanicville, her sister Mildred Millie Dart of Saratoga Springs, close friend Lynn Farinaccio of Clifton Park, a grandson, Jason Wicks of Guilderland, three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by her siblings Marion, Elenor, Warren and Richard. Relatives and friends may call from 3-5:00pm on Sunday, February 25 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Home, 319 Park Avenue, Mechanicville. Funeral service will be conducted at 10:00am on Monday in the funeral home. Burial will be in the family plot in Hudson View Cemetery, Mechanicville.
