Santagato, Mary Ann - Mechanicville Mary Ann (Forino) Santagato of 7th Street passed away on Friday, December 6, 2013 at Wesley Health Care Center in Saratoga Springs. Born in Mechanicville, daughter of the late Pasqualino and Olympia (Ferrara) Forino. She is the widow of the late Anthony J. Santagato, Sr. Mary Ann worked at the Mechanicville Schools cafeteria, as a clerk for the NYS Dept. of Tax and Finance and at the Korell Dress Factory throughout her life. Survivors include her son, Anthony J. (Linda) Santagato of Mechanicville, her sister-in-law Mary "Babe" Forino and grandchildren Michael and Alyssa Santagato and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her siblings and in-laws Margaret (Dominick) Erano, Anthony Forino, Junior Forino and Vincent "Jim" Forino. Relatives and friends may call from 11-12noon on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 319 Park Avenue, Mechanicville.
