Schaghticoke, Rensselaer County Marjorie Matusiak of Hayes Road passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at her residence. She was 67. Born in the Town of Jackson on November 7, 1949, daughter of the late Wilbur and Caroline (Pratt) Washburn. She is the wife of Raymond Matusiak. She is a graduate of Cambridge Central Schools, class of 1967 and went on to graduate from Oneonta State College in 1971. It was there she met her soulmate Ray and they were married in 1972. She worked at Albany Medical Center and Russel Sage College in food service, retiring in 2008. Marge enjoyed gardening, knitting, board games and crossword puzzles. In addition to her husband Ray, she is survived by a brother, Charles Washburn of Whitehall.
