Obituary

Marilyn A. Crowther of South Hudson Street, Hemstreet Park, passed away on Friday, May 13, 2011 at Albany Medical Center Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was 59. Born on March 9, 1952 in Troy, daughter of Phyllis (Lewis) and the late William Wilkolaski. Marilyn recently retired from the New York State Higher Education Services Corporation in Albany where she was a loan officer. She was a member of the American Legion Post #490 Ladies Auxiliary, a member of the Mechanicville Senior Citizens and she enjoyed gaming at the Racino in Saratoga Springs. Every Sunday she would have dinner at her home so that her family could all be together. Survivors in addition to her mother, Phyllis Wilkolaski include her son, Christopher M. Crowther and Fiance Angela Dellafave, her daughter Tracy L. Crowther all of Mechanicville, a sister, Susan and husband Cy Frydel of Stillwater, her niece, Jammie and husband Joseph Fisher and their children Kayleigh Brodie, Hailie and Saige Fisher of Mechanicville and her nephew Scott and wife Kim Frydel and their children Alexandra and Seth Frydel of Schuylerville. Relatives and friends may call Tuesday from 3-7pm at the Dunn Funeral Homes, Inc., 729 Hudson Ave.(Formerly 121 North Hudson), Stillwater. Funeral services will be at 10:00am Wednesday morning at the funeral home with Rev. Clyde McCaskill, Pastor of the Hoosic Valley Community Church officiating.
