Margaret Erano formerly of Mechanicville passed away on June 16, 2011 at Schuyler Ridge nursing home. Born in Mechanicville, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Olympia (Ferrara) Forino. Margaret was the wife of the late Dominick Erano who passed away in 1993. Margaret attended Mechanicville Schools, she later worked as a machine operator for Reces in Waterford. Margaret was a communicant of Assumption/St. Paul Church in Mechanicville. Survivors include her brother Andrew J. Forino of Mechanicville and her sister Mary A. Santagato of Mechanicville, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Margaret was predeceased by her three brothers, Anthony, Vincent J., and Patrick Forino Jr. Relatives and friends may call from 5 to 7 PM on Monday, June 20 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 319 Park Avenue in Mechanicville. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM on Tuesday, June 21 at the Assumption/St. Paul Church, 121 North Main Street in Mechanicville. Burial will follow at St. Pauls Cemetery.
