Halfmoon, Saratoga County Marcel Hugo Arzenati, formerly of Woodridge Circle passed away on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Saratoga Center in Ballston Spa. He was 79. Marcel was born on March 8, 1939 in Manhattan to the late Pietro and Josephine (Rena) Arzenati. He is the husband of the late Lynda Evale Arzenati who he married on January 7, 1961. A veteran of the US Air Force, Marcel worked for the Bendex Corporation of New Jersey, Pratt & Whitney of Connecticut and retired from Gerber Scientific in 1986. He was also a past district commissioner for the Boy Scouts of America. Survivors include his children, Devon (Lou) Myers of Stillwater and Peter Blake Arzenati (Joanne Zaccaro) of Coventry, Conn.; his sister, Roberta Bush of FL, a brother in law Allan Anderson of Clifton Park, beloved grandchildren Jillian Knox of Windham, Conn., Siera Dayne Arzenati (Dylan Carver) of Coventry, Sian Myers of Stillwater and David McArdle of Coventry, great grandchildren Kamryn and Tristyn as well as several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his sister, Paula Anderson. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of his family.
