Stillwater, Saratoga County Linda Florence Peterson of Chestnut Lane passed away on Friday, July 9, 2021 at the Community Hospice at St. Peters Hospital. She was 74. Born in Cohoes on May 19, 1947, daughter of the late George and Florence (Perry) Peterson. Linda worked for the City of Cohoes in the housing authority as a Tenants Relations Officer. Her job was difficult at times, however, she was a strong woman and was respected. She enjoyed the Home Shopping Network and adored her beloved cat Fat Head. Linda was always there for everyone and will be sorely missed. Survivors include her son, Michael Peterson, Sr. of Stillwater, her grandson, Michael Peterson, Jr. (Tracy McPherson) of Cohoes and his mother Jodie Bradshaw Birch of Mechanicville. Also survived by her brother Ronald (Diane) Peterson of Round Lake as well as several cousins.
