Lee Edward Most 6/9/38 - 8/14/21 Lee Edward Most, first and foremost a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend, passed away on the morning of August 14th, 2021. He is survived by his dance partner of over 60 years, Joan; their beloved seven Cs - Connie, Cindy, Christie, Craig, Curtis, Chad and Charles ("Joe"); brothers Ken and Gene; 14 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three sons-in-law and two daughters-in-law, who, along with countless friends of his children, always called him Dad. An artist, sculptor, painter, craftsman, inventor, salesman, entrepreneur and sign-man extraordinaire, Lee dedicated his life and labor to others - tirelessly building a loving family, businesses that helped support countless other loving families and a lasting legacy of love, hard work, honesty and integrity. After graduating from Liberty High School in Liberty, NY in 1956, he served his country in Hawaii and attended art school in New York City. Upon his return, and on their second date, Lee asked Joan Marie Green to marry him - a question he would continue to ask until his very last day. She said yes. He could, after all, move his hips like Elvis. For the next sixty years, he listened, laughed and cried, sang his kids to sleep, jitterbugged and brought joy, tenderness and peace to all those who had the pleasure of knowing him. His legacy lives on in all of us. Lee was never happier than when he shared the dance floor with Joan, always drawing a crowd, or simply scratching the backs of his children, who never grew too old or too proud to sit on his knee and pull up the backs of their shirts. This world is a much, much better place for having been graced with his presence. He is, and will forever be, dearly missed. Right now, his family is certain that hes being held and holding his dear Mom Gladys, polishing up his dancing shoes and, maybe, just maybe, finally getting around to building a sign of his very own.
