Kay Elizabeth Dragon, nee Garvin, passed into the waiting arms of the Lord on June 29, 2010 after living a full life. Born on June 24, 1942, she was the daughter of Margaret (Smith) and James Garvin Sr. Kay was a graduate of South Glens Falls High School and The Beauticians College of Kalamazoo Michigan. She was a former School Bus Driver for Stillwater Central School for more than 42 years. A past member of the Newland Wood Fire Dept of the village of Stillwater, Past president of the local C.S.E.A. and a member of the ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion Post. Kay is survived by her Daughters, Melissa (Joseph) Dragon-Hurd and Loraine (Stephen Farnell) Dragon. In addition, Kay is survived by her sister, Carol (Edward) LaPoint, and her brother, James (Dee)Garvin along with her best friend Mary K. Moore Kay is also survived by her nieces and nephews and five Grandchildren: Justin, David,& Morgan Hurd and Kyle & Madelyn Farnell. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a funeral service at 6:30 PM Friday July 2nd at the Dunn Funeral Homes, Inc. 729 North Hudson Avenue with the Rev.
