Middle Grove, Saratoga County Judith Elizabeth Barnes passed away on August 11, 2021 at Saratoga Hospital. She was 78. Born in Red Bank, NJ on September 7, 1942, daughter of the late Angelo and Katherine (Townsend) Gamba. She is the widow of the late Robert Barnes, Sr. Judys greatest love in life was how large her family was and how much she loved them all. She loved time with friends, family, seniors, playing cards, traveling and animals. Judy dedicated her life to caring for the lives of others through her nursing experiences and truly loved working for Hospice. Judys surviving loved ones include her daughters, Laurie (Chuck) Kleitgen, Lisa (Dennis) Veator, Lynn (Jason) Houghton, Leslie (Joe Pita) LaRocca and Mary Katherine (Eric) Brion, her son, Andrew Barnes, her stepchildren, Shawn Barnes, Janice Nichols, Michelle Barnes and Timothy (Patricia) Barnes, beloved grandchildren, Vincent Antinore, Katherine Antinore (Gary Forrester), Sarah Antinore (Ed Blair), Amanda Kleitgen, Crystal True, Jeffery Houghton (Brianna Olsen), Jennifer Houghton Jones (Ian Jones), Kristen Houghton, Gabriella (Ronald) Lewis, Sara LaRocca, Jacob Bunch, Elizabeth Bunch, Nikolas Barnes, Kaleb Barnes, Cayleigh Barnes, Makaylah Barnes, Jason Caldwell, Amanda Caldwell, April Joyner, Gail Nichols, Jessica Barnes and Cameron Barnes as well as her great grandchildren Charles Antinore, Armando Ocho, Aiden Ocho, Kaylee Cushing, JoAnna Cushing, Devin True, Alexandra Thomas, Braden Huestis, Isabella Olsen, Preston Houghton, Aaron Jones, Ricky Jones, Katona Billings, Sariah Billing, Ashely Nichols, Rafael Correa and Virgil Correa as well as her great great grandchildren Karizma, Azareon and Virgil, Jr. In addition to her husband Robert, she is predeceased by her stepson Robert Barnes, Jr. A celebration of Judys life will be held for close family and friends from 3-6:00pm on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 37 Cedar Lane, Glenville.
