Seror-Dutchess County Joyce Ann Seror passed away on September 3, 2012 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. She was 55. Born on February 13, 1957 in Troy, NY to William and Doris (Forget) Wheeler. Survivors include her two sons, William Wheeler of Mechanicville and Eric (Misty) Wheeler of Schaghticoke, her five grandchildren, Jackson, Alyssa, Cassandra, Katelyn and Destiny Her brother, Jeffrey Wheeler of Schaghticoke, her two nieces, Brandie Wheeler of Johnsonville and Christina Peluso of North Carolina. Joyce is also survived by her best friend, Sarah Nellie of Selkirk. Relatives and friends may call from 11am to 12pm on Thursday, September 6, 2012 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 173 Main Street Schaghticoke.
