Cohoes, Albany County Joann T. Coreno of Erie Street, formerly of Mechanicville, passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at her residence. She was 73. Born in Mechanicville on April 5, 1944, daughter of the late Guy and Theresa (Kovalski) Coreno. Joann enjoyed fishing, playing cards and visiting garage sales. Survivors include her partner, Grace Sandy Pasinello of Cohoes, her siblings, Butch (Sherry) Coreno of FL, and Stella (Tony) Wallitis of Stillwater, her godchildren, Austin Blair and Ashten Eddie both of Cohoes and Noreen Eddie also of Cohoes as well as several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call from 5-8:00pm on Friday, September 22, 2017 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 319 Park Avenue, Mechanicville. Funeral service will be conducted at 11am on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the family plot in St. Pauls Cemetery, Mechanicville.
