Stillwater Saratoga County Jeffrey Daniel Welch Jeffrey Daniel Welch of Blizzard Road passed away on December 31, 2015 at his residence following a courageous battle with MS. He was 39. Born on August 12, 1976 in Albany, son of Allison (Wanits) Welch and the late Daniel Welch. He is the husband of Nanette (Falzo) Welch. Jeff worked as a self-employed landscaper who loved the outdoors and was an avid wood carver. His quick wit will be missed. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his brothers, Scott W. Welch and Darren E. Welch and his nephew Landon Welch. Maternal grandmother, Alice Wanits and his mother in law Joan C. Falzo. Several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews also survive. Special friends Michael, Chris and Pat as well as friends too numerous to mention. Also survived by his canine friends Shooter, Magnum, Thompson and Cali. Predeceased by his father in law, James E. Falzo. Relatives and friends may call from 4-7:00pm on Friday, January 8, 2016 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 729 Hudson Avenue Stillwater. Memorial service will be conducted at 7pm in the funeral home.
