Jeanne Leeper Coltrane Saratoga Springs, Saratoga County Jeanne Leeper Coltrane passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Wesley Health Care Center in Saratoga Springs. She was 91. Born in Leon, Iowa on June 25, 1924, daughter of the late Offie L. and Lula (Rumley) Leeper. She is the wife of the late David O. Coltrane whom she married on June 26, 1948. Jeanne worked as a transcriptionist for St. Josephs Hospital in Elmira. In earlier years she was involved with the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts and was always very active in her community. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Survivors include her daughter, Carolyn Coltrane Gardner of Mechanicville, NY, her son Michael (Rebecca) Coltrane of Sedona, AZ, her brother John (Irma Louise) Leeper of Portland, OR, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her brother, Offie Leeper, Jr., KIA Korea. A memorial service will be conducted at 2pm on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at the Stillwater United Church, 747 Hudson Avenue, Stillwater, NY 12170.
