Mechanicville - Saratoga County Jean Josephine Zurlo passed away on Monday, March 26, 2018 at the Glendale Nursing Home. She was 86. Born on March 15, 1932 in Mechanicville, daughter of the late Samuel and Anna (Raucci) Lombard. She is the widow of the late Michael Joseph Zurlo whom she married on June 28, 1953. Mrs. Zurlo worked as a bank teller for the former Northeast Savings Bank in Mechanicville. She was a parishioner of the former Church of the Assumption and a member of the Catholic Daughters Court #71. She enjoyed vacationing in Florida and above all spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Survivors include her children, Michele (Jerry) Mormile of Mechanicville, Kiara (Jack) Rinaldi of Mechanicville and Lt. Col. Keith (Lori) Zurlo of Huntsville, AL, her brother, Robert (Debbi) Lombardo of Las Vegas, NV and her beloved grandchildren, Christopher Mormile, Michael Mormile, Johnmichael Rinaldi, Matthew Rinaldi, Matthew "Brent" (Erica) Zurlo and Nicholas Zurlo as well as her great grandchildren Noah Rinaldi, Eva Zurlo and Sawyer Zurlo. In addition to her husband and parents, she is predeceased by her brother Jack Lombard and sister Barbara "Babe" Grezelak. Funeral Mass will be conducted at 10:00am on Friday, April 6, 2018 at the All Saints on the Hudson, South Church, 121 No. Main Street, Mechanicville. Relatives and friends may gather at the church from 9:00-10:00am prior to mass. Entombment will follow in St. Paul's Cemetery, Mechanicville. Her family would like to thank all the nurses and staff at the Glendale Nursing Facility for their wonderful care during her stay.
