Stillwater, Saratoga County Janet "Sue" (Clark) ONeill of Birch Lane passed away on Sunday, December 6, 2020 with her loving family at her side. She was 71. Born in Cohoes on March 27, 1949, daughter of the late Willard and Gertrude (Mannix) Clark. She is the wife of Mr. Charles M. ONeill, Sr. Janet started her family at a young age and was a caring and loving mother to her adoring children. In addition to her husband Charles, she is survived by her beloved children, Tammy S. ONeill, Mark Allen ONeill, Heather D. ONeill (Mark Springer) and her daughter in law Monica ONeill, her brother, Robert (Maryann) Clark and her sister, Carol Devlin as well as her grandchildren Charles ONeill, III, Bridget ONeill, Brittany Springer, William "Billy" ONeill and Marcus Springer as well as several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. She is predeceased by her son, Charles M. ONeill, Jr., her brother Gary Clark and a brother in law Tim Devlin. Relatives and friends may call from 5-7:00pm on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 319 Park Avenue, Mechanicville. A private service will be conducted with burial in the family plot in St. Agnes Cemetery, Cohoes. In accordance with CDC and local guidelines, face covering and social distancing will be required if attending services.
