Saratoga Springs Howard Francis Hull Howard Francis Hull of Saratoga Springs passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 26 2012 at his residence. He was 65. Born in Schaghticoke on October 26, 1946, son of the late Charles Elmer and Sarah Jane (Blanchard) Hull. Mr. Hull served in the United States Navy as a submarine mechanic from 1969-1971. He had also been employed locally as a diesel mechanic. Survivors include his sister, Emily (Donald) Goble of Saratoga Springs, his brothers, Charles Hull of CA and Robert (Mary) Hull of Schaghticoke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call from 5-8:00pm on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 173 Main Street Schaghticoke. Funeral service will be conducted at 9:00am on Friday, March 2 at the funeral home. Burial with military honors will be at the Gerald B. H. Solomon - Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville.
