Buskirk, Rensselaer County Heidi Joan Pacheco of Youngs Road passed away on Monday, March 20, 2023 at home with her loving family at her side. She was 64. Born in Troy on November 2, 1958, daughter of Eleanor (Frisino) Clum and the late Arthur Clum. She is the wife of Glenn Pacheco. Heidi worked as a nursing assistant and enjoyed reading, knitting, gardening and painting. She loved all animals and being "Muma" to her beloved grandchildren. Survivors in addition to her husband Glenn and mother Eleanor include her children and grandchildren Travis (Kate) Pacheco and their children Brooklyn, Harlow, and Georgia, Beth (Richard DiTieri) Pacheco and their children Richie and Asher, Andrea (Dan) Cramer and their children Ari and Cole. Also her siblings Dana Rafferty, Melanie Brown, Michael Clum, and Patrick Clum. She is predeceased by her sister Stacey Kirkwood. Visiting will be on Friday, March 24, 2023 from 4-6:00pm at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 173 Main Street, Schaghticoke. A memorial service will be held at 6:00pm in the funeral home.
