Harold F. "Squeak" Williams, of Delray Beach, Florida and Schaghticoke, passed away on July 10, 2012 at Samaritan Hospital. He was 81. Born in Troy on October 7, 1930, son of the late Francis M. and Katherine Elicia (McVeigh) Williams. Mr. Williams is a veteran of the United States Army serving from 1951 to 1953 during the Korean Conflict. He was employed as a letter carrier for the Schaghticoke post office. He enjoyed playing poker and going to the horse track. Survivors include his Sister, Mary Wright of Canestota, his two step-daughters, Susan Viall of Schaghticoke and Barbara Milano of Castleton. Mr. Williams is also survived by five nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Michael is also predeceased by his former wives Antoinette Restino and Sophia (Film) Williams. Relatives and friends may call from 5-7pm on Sunday, July 15 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 173 Main Street, Schaghticoke (753-4511). Funeral Mass will be conducted at 11am on Monday at the Transfiguration Parish, Route 40, Schaghticoke. Burial will be held at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville.
