CADY, HAROLD J. STILLWATER - HAROLD J. CADY died December 30, 2015 at his home. Husband of Mary Ellen Cady. Son of the late Lewis Cady and Nellie Velie Albert. Mr. Cady retired from NIMO, in Albany, following a long career as a hydro sub-station maintenance mechanic. He was an avid fiddler and fan of Bluegrass music and was a Harley enthusiast. In addition to his wife, he is survived by four step-children, James (Kathy) Bloomingdale, Scott (Judi) Bloomingdale, Gary Bloomingdale (Greg) and Carol (Matthew) Bloomingdale-Cushman. Also survived by six step-grandchildren, Jason, Rachael, Nicholas, Alyssa Bloomingdale and Ella and Emma Cushman. Family and friends are invited to call 3-5 p.m. on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 729 Hudson Avenue, Stillwater. The funeral service will be held at 5 p.m. following visitation. Private Burial will be in St. Peters Cemetery, Stillwater.
