Stillwater, Saratoga County George L. Lambert of Ten Broeck Street passed away at Saratoga Hospital on Saturday, November 6, 2021. He was 79. Born on October 16, 1942, son of Wilfred T. and Mary Clara (Mailloux) Lambert. He is the husband of the late Anne Marie Lambert who passed away in 2003. George served in the US Army and saw combat during Vietnam, faithfully serving from 1964 until his honorable discharge in 1966. He worked as a Union Carpenter for the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America of Albany. Survivors include his children, Michael Lambert of Troy, Cynthia (Dan) Lucitt of MI, Christina Lambert of Malta, two grandchildren, Rhiannon Lambert of East Greenbush and Rachel Lambert of Rotterdam. His brother, Ronald (Linda) Lambert of SC. In addition to his parents and wife, George is predeceased by his siblings, Wilfred T. Lambert, Jr., Elaine Jerome and Gerald Lambert. Services will be private and at the convenience of his family with burial in the Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville with military honors.
