Johnsonville, Rensselaer Co. Gary John Falzo passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at home. He was 65. Born on May 25, 1955 in Troy, son of Wallace R. and Elizabeth (Griffith) Falzo. He is the husband of the late Jean Marie Falzo. Gary worked as a welder and heavy equipment mechanic for Schultz Construction in Round Lake. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and in earlier years spent a lot of time in Vermont as a kid. Survivors include his children, Jamie (Lloyd) Vandenburg, Joe Falzo, Rebecca Williams Falzo and Brian Falzo, his grandchildren Jacob, Emmett, Lucas, Aiden and Pierson as well as his siblings, Tommy Falzo, Mary Empie, Carolee Falzo and Eddie Falzo. Services for Mr. Falzo will be private and at the convenience of his family with burial in the family plot in the Tomhannock Cemetery.
