Mechanicville, Saratoga County Frank Arthur Turner, Sr., formerly of Watervliet, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2016 at his residence with his family at his side. He was 70. Born on October 27, 1945 in Troy, son of the late George D. and Dorothy A. (Warren) Turner. He is the husband of Barbara E. (Mercer) Turner. Frank served in the US Air Force and worked at Polyset Co., in Mechanicville for 15 years. In addition to his wife Barbara, survivors include his children, Debra Fitzgerald of Cohoes, Roseanna (Greg) Teal of Stillwater, Frank Turner, Jr., of Waterford, Donald (Paula) Miller of Watervliet, Michael (Teresa) Miller of Stillwater, Mark Miller of Latham and Tammy (Brian) White of Mechanicville. Also survived by his brother George (Maria) Turner of Cohoes, 16 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his sister Dorothy LaBounty. Relatives and friends may call from 4-7pm on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 319 Park Avenue, Mechanicville.
