Francis M. Kowalczyk, 58, died on July 16, 2011 at his home. A lifelong resident of Mechanicville, Frank is predeceased by his parents Francis J. and Sophia Kowalczyk. He was a graduate of Catholic Central High School in Troy and SUNY Albany. At the time of his death he was employed by NYS. He is survived by many cousins.
