Elsie Elliott of Breton Beach Road passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 25, 2025 at Our Lady of Mercy Life Center in Guilderland. She was 78 years old.

Born in Cohoes on October 9, 1947, daughter of the late Daniel and Lillian (Overocker) Hubbell. She is the widow of the late Arthur John Elliott who passed away in 2007.

Elsie worked at various schools as a preschool teacher.

Survivors include her daughter, Samatha Lee Elliott of Leonardtown, MD and her siblings Shirley Plummer and Patricia Wade and nieces Rebecca Jenkins and Susan Dellaro.

A graveside service will be held in the spring of 2026 in Hudson View Cemetery, Mechanicville.
