Mechanicville Donnalie Robinson Donnalie Robinson of North Main Street in Mechanicville, passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at St. Marys Hospital in Troy. She was 78. Born in Stillwater on May 17, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Waldo and Grayce (Gourlay) Robinson. Donnalie was a student at the Albany Memorial Hospital where she became a Registered Nurse. After her training she went on to work there for 32 years. She belonged to the Albany Memorial Alumni and was a parishioner at the United Methodist Church and a member of the United Methodist Women. Survivors include her sister, Sandra Kobzar, her niece Penny Kobzar, her nephew Waldo Kobzar, all of Mechanicville, a niece Becky and daughter Jennifer Buell of Hope Mills, NC and several cousins. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brother-in-law, Michael Kobzar. Relatives and friends may call from 9-11am on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 729 Hudson Avenue (Formerly 121 North Hudson), Stillwater. Funeral service will be at 11am in the funeral home with Fr. John Hopkins, officiating. Burial will be in the family plot in Stillwater Union Cemetery immediately following.
