Mechanicville, Saratoga County Catherine Anderson-Starowicz passed away on Thursday, March 25, 2021 peacefully at her home surrounded by her family. She was 67. She was born on January 21, 1954 in Troy. She is predeceased by her Mother, Edith Anderson, her brother Roger Anderson and her sister Patty Benassi. Survivors include her sister, Debra (Craig) Harder of Hudson Falls, beloved children, Richard Allen, Jr. (Sidra) of Mechanicville and Tina Allen Whitehead (Jay) of Saratoga Springs, her adoring grandchildren Jared Allen (Juliana), Sean Allen (Elena), Kyle Allen, Tristan Whitehead (Teraysa), Bryce Allen, Zachery Whitehead, Jayden Allen, Lana Whitehead, Jenz Allen, Mia Denno and Zoey LaFountain. Also survived by her 4 great grandchildren, a niece and many nephews. Relatives and friends may call from 2-4:00pm on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 319 Park Avenue, Mechanicville.
