Barbara Theresa Fiore Johnsonville, Rensselaer County Barbara Theresa Fiore of Barton Road passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2016 at her residence with her loving family at her side. She was 58. Born in Troy on July 29, 1957, daughter of the late Herman and Emily (Dee) Kagel. She is the widow of James Harry Fiore to whom she was married for 20 years. Barbara worked as the personnel secretary for the NYS Department of Corrections in Albany for over 20 years. Survivors include her beloved sister, Alyce (Cliff) Reynolds of Johnsonville, her niece Emily (Andy) Calhoun of Melrose, her nephew Christopher Reynolds of Loudonville. Special thanks to her aunt Alice (Joseph) Swertinski, her cousin Theresa (Bill) Kimball of Troy and family and friends that assisted during Barbaras illness. The family would like to thank the staff at Albany Medical Center and the Community Hospice of Rensselaer County, especially Jamie and Bernadette for their care for Barb. Interment services will be conducted at 11:00am on Monday, May 9, 2016 at the Saratoga National Cemetery.
