Schaghticoke, Rensselaer County Barbara Sue Deis, formerly of Schaghticoke, passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at the Wesley Healthcare Center in Saratoga Springs with her loving family at her side. She was 64. Born on April 11, 1948 in Schaghticoke, she is the daughter of the late George A. and Sue (Croll) Deis. Survivors include her son, William Paul Rezey II of Watervliet, her daughters, Erika Rezey and Sarah Rezey, and her grandchildren, Isaac Deis Rezey and John F. Merrifield, Jr., all of Schaghticoke. Graveside services will be conducted at 10am on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the family plot in Elmwood Cemetery, Schaghticoke. A memorial service will follow at 11am at the family home, 158 Main Street Schaghticoke with Pastor Clyde McCaskill officiating. Refreshments and fellowship will follow.
