Brattleboro, Windham County Arthur E. Wright, Sr. (Art), of Brattleboro Vermont passed away on September 30, 2022 with his family at his side. He was 72 years old. Born on September 18, 1950 in Coxsackie, NY to the late Judson and Carol (Kniffen) Wright. Survivors include his loving wife of 43 years, Margaret (Meg) M. (Olejnik) Wright whom he married on February 3, 1979. Together they had three children; Catherine J. Wright of Saratoga Springs, NY, Arthur E. Wright, Jr. and his wife Christie Wright of Sloatsburg, NY and Patrick J. Wright and his wife Alicia Wright of Derry, NH. Art was a loving grandfather to Alana Jane Wright, Cliona Elizabeth Wright, Autumn Michelle Wright, Aliza Margaret Wright and of course his four-legged grandpup, Stella. His siblings include Kathleen Wright, Paul Wright and his wife Kathy, and David Wright. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Art was a loving husband, father and grandfather whose dedication to his family was apparent to all who knew him. He was a lifelong fan of the Grateful Dead, Yankees, Giants and Bruins, and was always the life of the party. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
